The following
notification, dated 27 March 2017, is being
circulated at the request of the delegation of Argentina.

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement on
Import Licensing Procedures, Argentina hereby notifies the adoption of
Secretariat for Trade Resolution No. 152/2017, published in the Official
Journal of the Argentine Republic on 3 March 2017, which amends Ministry of Production
Resolution No. 5/2015, notified in document G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27.
(a) List of products subject to
import licensing procedures
Secretariat for Trade Resolution No. 152/2017 amends the annexes to Ministry of
Production Resolution No. 5/2015 and the amending regulations thereto
(Secretariat for Trade Resolutions No. 2/2016, No. 32/2016, No. 114/2016, No. 172/2016,
No. 264/2016 and No. 301/2016, as notified in documents G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27,
G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27/Add.1, G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27/Add.2, G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27/Add.3,
G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27/Add.4 and G/LIC/N/2/ARG/27/Add.5), with a view to refining the
universe of goods covered by non‑automatic import licences.

these procedures shall notify the Committee of such within 60 days of
publication [...]" (Article 5.1).
