The following communication, dated 17 March 2017, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Malawi.

Pursuant to Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures (TRIMs) the Government of the Republic of Malawi hereby wishes to notify the Secretariat of the following publications in which TRIMs may be found.

1.    The Control of Goods Act, Chapter 18:08;

2.    The National Trade Policy;

3.    The Malawi Government Gazette.

The first two documents are published by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism and the Malawi Revenue Authority and are available online at the Malawi Trade Portal hosted by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. The Malawi Government Gazette cannot be accessed online yet.
