Law of Ukraine on the specifics of state regulation of business activities

2015 № 325-VIII
This law comes into force on 10 July 2015,
except for paragraph 3 of Section I, which comes into force after 3 month
from the date of entry into force of the Law.

Prohibitions for timbers under HS4403 came
into force from 01.11.2015 for tree species, except pine trees, and from
01.01.2017 for pine timbers.
