Brief description of the Preferential Trade Arrangement:

In response to the 2015 earthquake and the Waiver Decision adopted on 12 December 2016 (WT/L/1001), the United States provides duty free treatment for 66 eligible products originating in Nepal. These preferences will end on 31 December 2025.
