Addendum

The following communication has been received from the delegation of China on 11 November 2016 for circulation to WTO Members.

China’s Duty-Free Quota-Free (DFQF) Programme is a non-reciprocal tariff preference treatment for Least Developed Countries ("LDCs"). The Programme was launched on 1 July 2010.[1] Currently, the Programme covers Products of 8047 tariff lines (8-didit level), accounting for 97% of all tariff lines of China. According to the statistics from China’s General Administration of Customs, LDC’s export to China enjoying zero-tariff treatment is US$25.5billion in 2015, accounting for 85% of China’s total imports from these countries.
