The following communication, dated 12 April 2016,
is being circulated at the request of the Republic of Seychelles.

In accordance with Article 6.2 of the Agreement on
Trade-Related Investment Measures, the Republic of Seychelles would like to
notify the following publication in which trade-related investment measures may
be found.
The publications in which TRIMS may be found are
