NOTIFICATION UNDER ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE
AGREEMENT ON IMPORT
LICENSING PROCEDURES

following notification, dated 7 April 2014, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Paraguay.

Pursuant
to Article 7.3 of the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures and in response
to the periodic request for submission of replies to the
Questionnaire on Import Licensing Procedures contained in document G/LIC/3,
please be advised that the
information contained
in document G/LIC/N/3/PRY/2,
dated 29 November
2013, remains valid for the year 2014, except as regards the elimination
of import licensing for the product "soya beans" in
accordance with Ministry of Industry
and Trade (MIC) Resolution No. 1358/13.
