On
pages 1 and 2, please note that the third paragraph of point 2, should read as
follows:
"2011 import tariff-rate quotas apply to
commodities subject to import tariff-rate quotas as determined by the Protocol
on Accession of the People’s Republic of China into WTO, including such 45 eight digit tariff line
commodities as grain, cotton, sugar, wool, wool top, fertilizer, etc.
