Decision of 14 March 2014

1.          Article 4 of the Regulations of the WTO Pension Plan (WT/L/282 and WT/GC/W/552) provides for the establishment of a Management Board comprising, inter alia, a Chairman, four members and four alternates elected by the General Council.

2.          In view of the expiry of the term of office of the current membership of the Management Board on 7 May 2014, the General Council at its meeting on 14 March 2014 agreed to elect the following candidates for a three-year term:

Chairman:     Mr Krzysztof Trepczyński (Poland)

Members:      Ms Aiko Kimura (Japan)

                     Mr Felipe Sandoval (Chile)

                     Mr Ken Schagrin (United States)

                     Mr Till Gerards (Germany)

Alternates:    Mr James Baxter (Australia)

                     Mr Ken Chang-Keng Chen (Chinese Taipei)

                     Mr Johannes Rühl (Switzerland)

                     Ms Annie Ouellet (Canada)
