Addendum

The following communication, dated 5 February 2014, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Colombia.

The Republic of Colombia hereby notifies a draft Regulation under Article 23 of Ministry of Health and Social Welfare Decree No. 2270 of 2 November 2012 "Amending Decree No. 1500 of 2007, as amended by Decrees Nos. 2965 of 2008; 2380, 4131 and 4974 of 2009; 3961 of 2011; and 917 of 2012; and issuing other provisions", notified on 21 November 2012 by the World Trade Organization in document G/TBT/N/COL/82/Add.6. In view of this Regulation, a new deadline for comments on Decree No. 2270 has been set at 6 May 2014.
