INTRODUCTION
Since my Fourth Periodic Report on the Development Assistance Aspects of Cotton to the membership in November 2011, two more Rounds of the Director-General's Consultative Framework Mechanism (DGCFMC) were held, bringing the total number of consultative rounds to date to 18, since 2004. The Evolving Table on Cotton Development Assistance (ET) has been updated two times, with the latest update (fourteenth revision) contained in document WT/CFMC/6/Rev.13. I would like to c
