Item 6 of the document G/SPS/N/KOR/405 should read as follows:
6. Description of content: The MIFAFF proposed an Amendment of the Ministerial Ordinance of the Livestock Products Sanitation Act.
This document is to define the administrative guidelines and the necessary provisions required to implement the Livestock Products Sanitation Act. The Act was amended and promulgated, as proposed by a National Assembly member, to clarify the prohibited acts of importers. (Act No. 11100, 22 November 2011; Enforcement date: 23 May 2012).
