This is the Fourth Periodic Report by the Director-General to the Membership on cotton. The focus of this report is specifically on the Development Assistance Aspects of Cotton and on the WTO treatment of the Sectoral Initiative on Cotton more broadly. Since my Third Periodic Report in 2009, progress has been made. Four more Rounds of the Director-General's Consultative Framework Mechanism were held, bringing the total number of consultative rounds to date to 16, since 2004. The Evolvi
