REPORT TO THE COUNCIL FOR TRADE IN GOODS ON
CHINA'S TRANSITIONAL REVIEW
This report is submitted to the Council for Trade in Goods on the responsibility of the Chair, Mr Masafumi Kobayashi as agreed by the Committee at its meeting on 28 October 2011.

The Committee held its Transitional Review pursuant to paragraph 18 of the Protocol of the Accession of the People's Republic of China at its meeting of 28 October 2011.
Prior to the meeting, the Committee received information from China as required in Annex 1A of China’s Accession Protocol on the use of valuation methods, other than the stated transaction value (G/VAL/W/210). No questions or comments were received from any Member in advance of the review. During the Review, the United States, Mexico and the European Union presented their views on China's implementation efforts. China follow
