REPORT TO THE COUNCIL FOR TRADE IN GOODS
ON CHINA'S TRANSITIONAL REVIEW
Report by the Chairman
The present report is submitted on the responsibility of the Chairman, Mr. Jonas Skei of Norway, as agreed by the Committee at its regular meeting on 30 September 2011.

The Committee held its final Transitional Review under paragraph 18 of the Protocol on the Accession of the People's Republic of China at its regular meeting on 30 September 2011 (WT/L/432 refers).
There were no issues raised in advance of the meeting. The statements that were made at the meeting in the context of the Transitional Review by the Committee are reflected in the Summary Report of the September meeting (G/AG/R/63).
