The following communication, dated 3 March 2011, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the European Union.

This document complements the information on the implementation of article 67 of the TRIPS Agreement, as provided in document IP/C/W/539/Add.7 of 24 February 2010.
It concerns the technical cooperation activities carried out mainly between August 2009 and August 2010 by the European Union and individual member States in favour of developing and least developed country Members, with the objective to facilitate the implementation of the TRIPS Agreement.
