ELECTION OF THE CHAIR OF THE APPELLATE BODY
Communication from the Appellate Body
On 9 May 2011, Ms. Lilia Bautista decided, for personal reasons, to resign as Chair of the Appellate Body, effective as of 14 June 2011. On 10 May 2011, the Appellate Body appointed Ms. Jennifer Hillman as Chair for the period 15 June to 10 December 2011.
