A decade later, the Fourth United Nations Conference on LeastDeveloped Countries (LDCIV) will be held in Istanbul in May 2011, which will undertake an assessment of the results of the tenyear action programme contained in the BPOA, and will adopt new measures and strategies for the next decade.
