Corrigendum
In the cover note, the last bullet point in paragraph 4 of Section 1 on the "Information on implementation and use of the System established under the Decision" should read as follows:
China (to be circulated as IP/N/1/CHN/P/2): the amendment to the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, which was adopted on 27 December 2008 and entered into force on 1 October 2009, provides the legal basis to act as an exporting Member,
as well as an importing Member in situations of national emergency or any extraordinary state of affairs, or if public interest so requires.
