SUPPORTING DATA TO CALCULATE PRODUCT-SPECIFIC AMS LIMITS
Note by the Secretariat
At the 12 February 2010 meeting of the Committee on Agriculture Special Session, it was agreed to request Members to submit supporting data necessary to calculate their product-specific Aggregate Measurement of Support (hereafter, product-specific AMS or support) limits, in order to assist the ongoing agriculture negotiations. At the 4 March 2010 meeting it was agreed that initially only developed-country Members were expected to provide their data.
At the meeting of the Committee on Agriculture Special Session on 27 September 2010, the Secretariat was requested to issue a document with relevant data. Accordingly, the paper presents all positive product-specific support (including de minimis) (Table 1) and product-specific value of production (Table 2) from the year 199
