SUBMISSION OF HS96 DOCUMENTATION

Revision
With reference to the Decision on the Introduction of HS changes into WTO Schedules of Tariff Concessions on 1 January 1996 (WT/L/124 + Corr.1, WT/L/173, WT/L/216, WT/L/243, WT/L/268, WT/L/281, WT/L/303, WT/L/338, WT/L/351, WT/L/379 and WT/L/400) and according to the provisions of this Decision, Members have submitted to the Secretariat the documentation described on the following pages.
Please note that WT/L/400 was the last waiver decision granted on a "collective basis" in connection with this exercise. Thereafter, Members have requested and been granted waivers on an individual basis.
