The United States is committed to continually enhancing its activities relevant to Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement, namely the provision of incentives to its domestic enterprises and institutions to promote and encourage technology transfer to least developed country Members (LDCs) in order to enable such Members to create a sound and viable technological base.
