REPORT TO THE COUNCIL FOR TRADE IN GOODS
ON CHINA'S TRANSITIONAL REVIEW
The present report is submitted on the responsibility of the Chairperson, Ms. Valeria Csukasi, as agreed by the Committee at its regular meeting on 18 September 2008.

The Committee held its seventh annual Transitional Review under paragraph 18 of the Protocol on the Accession of the People's Republic of China at the regular meeting on 18 September 2008 (WT/L/432 refers).
The issues that were raised by the United States are contained in document G/AG/W/69 and Corr.1. The statements that were made at the meeting in the context of the Transitional Review by the Committee are reflected in the Secretariat's Summary Report of the September meeting (G/AG/R/52).
