In TN/RL/W/174/Rev.1 and TN/RL/GEN/53 (JOB(05)/136), the sponsors
have
proposed the inclusion of a public interest provision in the Anti-dumping Agreement. Since then, the papers
have been
discussed at the plenary sessions of the Negotiating Group on Rules, as well as in bilateral and plurilateral settings. Hong Kong, China appreciates the interest
