The Committee on Trade and Environment in Special Session (CTESS) held its eleventh meeting on 24-25 February 2005 on the basis of the agenda set out in the convening airgram, WTO/AIR/2481.

The representative of Canada welcomed the submission of Members' national experiences on the negotiation and implementation of specific trade obligations (STOs) in Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs).
