MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4 MARCH 2005
Note by the Secretariat
1. The Committee on Trade-Related Investment Measures met on 4 March 2005 under the Chairmanship of Mr. Sivaramen Palayathan (Mauritius). The Committee adopted the agenda contained in WTO/AIR/2516.
Notifications under Article 6.2 of the TRIMs Agreement
2. The Chairman reported that no new notifications under Article 6.2 of the TRIMs Agreement had been submitted to the Committee since its last meeting (26 October 2004). He noted that the latest version of the compilation of Article 6.2 notifications, which took into account the new member State composition of the European Communities was contained in document G/TRIMS/N/2/Rev.13, dated 21 February 2005.
