INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT
In the area of trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications the Law on Trademarks and Industrial Design has been in force since 1968. The law provides for protection of the above stated objects of intellectual property which complies with the main requirements for protection as stipulated in Part II, Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the TRIPS Agreement.
