CHAPTERS 68 TO 70
The Committee on Rules of Origin is invited to decide whether the products resulting from processes described in Issues No. 7 to No. 11 have undergone their last substantial transformation.
For ease of reference, this document also reproduces the Basket 1 decisions and issues previously referred to the Committee on Rules of Origin. The new Basket 1 decisions are indicated by “decision taken at the 13th TCRO Session” and the new referrals are indicated by the issue number, i.e. from No. 7 to No. 11.
