PROCEDURES FOR NOTIFICATION OF, AND POSSIBLE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMON REGISTER OF, NATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS UNDER ARTICLE 63.2
Draft Decision
1. The attached draft decision reflects the results of informal consultations held by the Chairman of the Council for TRIPS on the basis of document IP/C/W/6, the "Working Hypothesis".
2. It should be noted that paragraph 12 of the text relating to a checklist of issues on enforcement will be the subject of further consultations.
3. Section 4 of the Working Hypothesis, on cooperation with WIPO, has not been maintained in this text, since it will be the subject of an agreement being drawn up between the WTO and WIPO.
