This is a consolidated, revised version of the Working Procedures for Appellate Review, reflecting the amendment to Rule 5(2). This document replaces the version of the Working Procedures for Appellate Review dated 28 February 1997.
Definitions
1. In these Working Procedures for Appellate Review,
"appellant"
means any party to the dispute that has filed a Notice of Appeal pursuant to Rule 20 or has filed a submission pursuant to paragraph 1 of Rule 23;
"appellate report"
means an Appellate Body report as described in Article 17 of the DSU;
"appellee"
means any party to the dispute that has filed a su
