Schedule CXXXIX – Republic of Bulgaria
The following communication has been received from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Bulgaria to the World Trade Organization.

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the Annex of the Ministerial Declaration on Trade in Information Technology Products (WT/MIN(96)/16) signed at Singapore on 13 December 1996 and in accordance with the Decision of 26 March 1980 on Procedures for Modification and Rectification of Schedules of Tariff Concessions (BISD 27S/25), the Republic of Bulgaria is submitting for certification its Draft Schedule of Concessions for Information Technology Products modifying Schedule CXXXIX -Republic of Bulgaria.
Tariff numbers and descriptions of products are based on the Bulgarian Customs Tariff for 2000 and base rates
