Please note that as a result of the meeting on 27 June 2001, it was noted that "footnote 8" should be corrected to refer to the information on the previous page, rather than at the top of the page. Thus footnote 8, should read as follows:
"8 Members are advised to add an additional column to indicate the methodology involved in arriving at the new tariff rate. The items would be coded 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 to correspond to the examples noted in the paragraph at the bottom of page 3."
