SEPARATE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF
TAIWAN, PENGHU, KINMEN AND MATSU
The following communication, dated 4 October 2004, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu.

Pursuant to Articles 1.4(a) and 5 of the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu hereby notifies the Committee on Import Licensing that its list of iron and steel products subject to import licensing procedures, which was notified to the WTO and circulated in document G/LIC/N/2/TPKM/1 and then revised in document G/LIC/N/2/TPKM/2, is now further revised.
