Corrigendum
The following communication, dated 6 March 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of Uruguay.

With regard to the changes to the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System that took effect on 1 January 1996, the Permanent Delegation of Uruguay wishes to refer to note DP/328/96 sent by this Mission to the Secretariat on 30 September 1996.
Under cover of that note, Uruguay submitted documents concerning the proposed Schedule XXXI incorporating the changes to the 1996 Harmonized System. In that regard we wish to request the Secretariat to incorporate into the aforementioned documents the corrections appearing in the annex hereto. We would be grateful if these changes could be circulated to Me
