The following communication, dated 5 April 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of Thailand.

Reference is made to the General Council decision of 18 July 2001 regarding to the procedure for introduction of Harmonized System 2002 changes to schedules of concessions (WT/L/407 of 26/7/2001) and the letter of Chairperson of the Market Access Committee dated 28 March 2002 regarding the waiver on HS2002 changes.
The Permanent Mission of Thailand to the WTO has the honour to submit herewith Thailand's HS2002: Consolidated Loose-leaf Schedule of Tariff Concessions and Concordance Tables.
