Schedule XCIII – Slovak Republic
The following communication, dated 26 April 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of the Slovak Republic.

With reference to WT/L/407 dated 26 July 2001 containing the procedure to incorporate HS 2002 changes to Schedules of Concessions, please find enclosed the documentation concerning the Slovakian transposition of HS 2002: Consolidated Loose-Leaf Schedule of Tariff Concessions and Concordance tables. The Slovak Republic has implemented HS 2002 into the national Customs Tariffs as from 1 January 2002.
The schedule of the Slovak Republic does not contain any ODCs. Therefore heading of column 10 in Annex 1 was removed and replaced by heading "Special Safeguards".
