Schedule LIX - Switzerland
The following communication, dated 26 April 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of Switzerland.

Pursuant to the General Council decision of 18 July 2001 regarding the procedure for the introduction of the Harmonized System 2002 changes to schedules of concessions (WT/L/407) and to the letter of 28 March 2002 from the Chair of the Committee on Market Access, Switzerland submits herewith its HS2002 Consolidated Loose-Leaf Schedule of Tariff Concessions and Concordance Tables. Switzerland has introduced the modifications of the HS 2002 in its Schedule of concessions (Schedule LIX) as from 1 January 2002 and has requested a waiver for a period of 12 months from the date of implementation of the HS 2002 changes.
