Schedule CXXXIX – Bulgaria
The following communication, dated 29 April 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of Bulgaria.

Pending the consideration by the competent WTO bodies of the waiver decision related to the introduction of the Harmonized System 2002 changes into WTO Schedules of tariff concessions and further to the request for inclusion of the Republic of Bulgaria in that waiver decision (Letter N° CTO-0002 dated 17 April 2002 to the Chairperson of the Committee on Market Access) I hereby submit the accompanying documentation for the Republic of Bulgaria, as set out in document WT/L/407.
