FOURTH DECISION ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FIFTH PROTOCOL
Adopted by the Council for Trade in Services on 25 October 2002
The Council for Trade in Services,
Having regard to the Fifth Protocol to the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS),
Notwithstanding the Decision on the acceptance of the Fifth Protocol to the GATS adopted by the Council on 15 February 1999 (S/L/68),
Decides as follows,
The Fifth Protocol shall be reopened for acceptance by the Republic of Bolivia from the date of this decision until 31 May 2003. The Protocol shall enter into force for the Republic of Bolivia as of the date of such acceptance.
