FOURTH DECISION ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOURTH PROTOCOL
Adopted by the Council for Trade in Services on 5 June 2002
The Council for Trade in Services,
Having regard to the Fourth Protocol to the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS),
Having regard to the communication from Papua New Guinea (S/C/W/209),
Notwithstanding the Decision on the acceptance of the Fourth Protocol to the GATS adopted by the Council on 19 December 1997 (S/L/51),
Decides as follows,
The Fourth Protocol shall be reopened for acceptance by Papua New Guinea on 5 June 2002. The Protocol shall enter into force for Papua New Guinea on that date.
