Please find attached the updating notification on State Trading Enterprises (G/STR/N/3/EEC) for the year 1997 that we missed to transmit in due time.
I have the pleasure to inform you, pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and paragraph 1 of the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII, that the European Community hereby notifies that there had been no changes in its 1997 state trading activities since the previous notification which appeared in document G/STR/N/2/EEC of 26 June 1996
