WAIVER CONCERNING KIMBERLEY PROCESS CERTIFICATION
SCHEME FOR ROUGH DIAMONDS
Notification by the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu
The following communication, dated 15 May 2003, has been received from the Permanent Mission of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu Hungary.

Pursuant to paragraph 3 of the draft waiver decision concerning the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for Rough Diamonds ( G/C/W/432/Rev.1), the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu hereby notifies our desire to be covered by the waiver.
