The following communication, dated 29 July 2002, has been received from the Permanent Mission of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu.

The following technical changes relate to document G/VAL/N/2/TPKM/1 circulated on 13 June 2002. The amendments are as follows:
In item 1 of the Checklist, "Article 13" should be changed to read "Article 14" where it appears in (a)(i), (iii) and (iv).
In item 4, "Article 17" should be changed to read "Article 18".
In item 5, "Article 18" should be changed to read "Article 19" where it appears in (a) and (c).
In item 7, "Article 18" should be changed to read "Article 34".
