TO THE COMMITTEE ON RULES OF ORIGIN
Note by the Secretariat
1. In conformity with paragraph 2(c) of Article 9 of the Agreement on Rules of Origin, the Technical Committee on Rules of Origin has submitted to the Committee on Rules of Origin its Twelfth Report. The Report covers the results of the Technical Committee’s work under the Harmonization Work Programme at its Thirteenth Session held in Brussels from 14-24 April 1998.
2. The attached report (WCO document 42.263) is circulated to Members, together with the letter of transmission of the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Rules of Origin.
