The following notification, dated 13 January 2004, from the Delegation of the United States is being circulated to the Parties to the Agreement on Government Procurement.

INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to Article XXIV:6 of the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), the United States proposes the following modifications to Annex 1 of Appendix I of the Agreement. These modifications reflect recent changes in the administrative structure of the Federal Government.
